Order Processing Times

Orders are shipped in three business days. You will receive another e-mail when your order is shipped. 

For bundles, order processing may be extended by up to a week.

Method of Shipping

We use worldwide express shipping with tracking.

The tracking number you will receive from us may not respond within 24 hrs. after the parcel is registered.

Products are shipped from our warehouses in Sydney, Hong Kong and Boston, depending on the availability. 

 

Shipping Costs 

We now offer free shipping worldwide.

We operate with FedEx and DHL by default. However, due to excessive freight costs to remote areas, we opt to alternatives. Paid express shipping is also available at the check out for those who do not care about increased costs.

 

30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy

We offer a full refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase with no questions asked. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible;

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all components.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

 

Warranty

Your purchase is protected by warranty. In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects or malfunctions, we will promptly replace or repair your product at no additional cost. To be eligible;

  • You must email us with photos and/or videos showing the manufacturing damage or malfunction.
  • The item must be free from user-oriented defects and in a hygienic condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all components.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days and receive proof of refund immediately. 

Please remember it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
